Without exception, every youth member OR adult who wants to enter the site during the camp must register for a free QuickPass QR Code 'ticket'. This important step will capture additional shooting permissions or registration information where appropriate. Without parental permission, youth members will be unable to take part in some activities.
Please have your ticket ready for scanning at drop-off and pick-up.

about Billetto
We have selected Billetto to help improve safeguarding at our camp by providing 'tickets' so we can know who is on-site. The Billetto service is free to us and to users. Billetto may offer optional charged services (ie SMS messaging) - these are not required to attend our event.
In using Billetto, we work hard to ensure no personal data other than a contact email address and the name of the event participant is stored. Emails are only used for issuing passes and sending emails directly related to the event. No other personal information is sent, shared, given or otherwise passed to the Billetto ticketing system.
Our event tickets are FREE - no banking information is required at any time to use QuickPass.
