Start planning for camp - here's what you need to know.

The Lowdown

Speak to a Leader for additional information, if you have a question or, if you would like to register your child to attend.

Dates and times

Friday 8th September
Campers arrive from 17:00

Saturday 9th September
Day visitors & 1 night campers arrive

Sunday 10th September
Campers depart from 16:30

All times subject to final confirmation

With so many people attending, groups will have allocated arrival and departure slots.

A Quickpass QR code (printed or on an adult's phone) will be required to check in or check out.

Check in & Check out

Have your Quickpass QR Code ready to scan on arrival/departure.

All young people must check in and check out at the REGISTRATION TENT towards the west end of the Drop Off area.

Parents are not permitted on the site at any time, unless supporting a section.

Kit List

Your leaders may set their own kit list, but our checklist is a great starting point and covers most eventualities.

Section leaders will confirm arrangements to escort campers & their kit to and from their camp.  Campers are expected to carry their kit.  Speak to your leaders if you have a concern.

Drive carefully and park thoughtfully in the drop off area.
